My food sharing and my exercise sharing is NOT for comparison.
Rather, it’s to show you what a joyful relationship with food and exercise can look like.
You and I are two different human beings so we SHOULD eat and exercise differently, according to our unique needs and preferences each day. No need to eat or workout like me! Experiment with what works for YOU, girlfriend! What brings you JOY. What amounts feel good, what types of food or workouts feel good, and what times of eating or exercising feel good for again, YOU!
These posts show how freedom from food rules and “fitness shoulds” allows me to enjoy eating and exercise more now and actually be fitter, healthier and happier!
I’m here to role model how I (and inspire you that it's possible for you too!) let my body lead my choices and not Diet Culture or anyone else now. God made my body the expert of me and it’s so freeing to finally let her lead my food and fitness decisions!
That fulfilling, satisfying and personal value aligning life you crave comes when you stop the comparison game and instead let your body cues determine what you should do each day. Honoring YOUR unique body cues will always lead to an enjoyable and peaceful life!
I encourage you to hone in on the WHY I picked what I did, not the what I picked. Focus on my reasoning for picking what I did. That’s what I want you to take away from these posts most! Note the lack of fear based and ridged rule mindsets behind my choice, but rather my flexible and joyful way of choosing what to eat or how to move.
